Cancellation and Refund Policy

​More than 5 weeks before the workshop start date: full refund.

2-5 weeks before the workshop start date: 50% refund unless we can fill your spot, in which case you will receive a full refund.

48 hours to 2 weeks before workshop start date: you can transfer your spot to another participant. We will need their name and contact info, and you will be responsible for the money transfer directly with that person.

If too many individuals cancel, we reserve the right to cancel the entire weekend session. If this does occur, participants who have not cancelled will receive a full refund.

In the case of an unforeseen circumstance or emergency that will keep you from participating please reach out to us as quickly as you can and we will work with you to settle a fair outcome.

In the event of a full cancelation due to weather, you will receive a full refund. Note that weather is unpredictable and this is an outdoor activity that can be affected by rain. We will not cancel because of some drizzle here and there as we can work around that. But if it is pouring and we get rained out one of the two full days you will get a 40% refund.
